About the space

The last remaining greenery in the CBD. The park in Central Park sits on the corner of William Street and Hay Street and forms part of an ant trail from the train and bus stations through to the esplanade/Brookfield building and the Terrace. It is of course also a favourite for CBD workers at lunch time.
It is private property and we have in the past run things like farmers markets, bands at lunch time, choirs, and launches.
In general we only offer the space for charity or community groups, however this may change so feel free to approach us with an idea.
The one non negotiable with this space is that given the current retail climate we can not allow the sale of food or drinks as it would adversely affect our own retailers.
