About the space

We have a fully fitted out cafe and would like to lease it out for the months of April through to September 2019. Situated on a Lavender Farm, these are the best months for a picturesque rural cafe just 20mins out of Geraldton, WA.
Currently it is open Frid, Saturday & Sunday approx. 9-5pm. These months offer the best time of the year with weather, tourists, and local visitation. Can sit 80 people inside with more room available outside in the lovely gardens. From October to March is operates for private functions/weddings etc.. It could be open more days.
Also situated on site is a Rum Distillery. A great attraction just out of town (20,000 people) for visitors and locals to visit with a good regular clientele. There is also opportunity for a small shop onsite to sell other good/provisions.
Good conditions to the right applicant. Nothing needs doing as all the equipment is available. Just a weekly rental and expenses are required. Owner will maintain gardens & surrounds. Only genuine hospitality people apply who have experience.

An inspection can take place whenever is convenient. A virtual tour can be arranged if out of state.

No interior decoration is required. Music can be played. Layout changed. Private functions can be organised, small group workshops run, other operating days as a cafe.

Licenses and Approvals

Will need to obtain a food Permit licence from the Local Council. There is currently no alcohol license - BYO patrons.
