As this area is near the location of Parmelia House's gym facilities, The building would like to focus on health driven initiatives (technology, Sports wear etc).

Inspections

Inspection are made by appointment only. Inspections can only take place on Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

What you can bring

The area has seating & tables available. Everything that your pop-up shop will require will need to be supplied by yourself.

What can be done with the space

Stalls can be set up, walls cannot be decorated or anything placed on them. Music can be played but at a reasonable level.

Licenses and Approvals

There is no alcohol served in this area as it is not covered by liquor licensing.
