We absolutely love the opportunity of Polka Dot Vintage Market and Perth Upmarket – but those are only a few days a year. “Oxford Street Collective" (working name only, ha) is a concept space at 250 Oxford Street in Leederville. Located at the corner of Oxford St and Bourke St in Leederville. This spot is down the street from the main strip of Leederville, one block up from Tafe + Pixel café, opposite the wildly popular ReStore grocer, next door to Hass & co Botanics (Perth’s most popular plant shop), two doors down from cult pizza shop Pappagallo, and opposite more food and retail shops. The area is a mix of residential and commercial, with lots of young families.

To keep costs low, we are building a collective space labels can rent by the metre.

Normally commercial space in this section of Leederville starts at $400 per metre, so this is a HUGE bargain to help you broaden your reach and way less than paying for SEO to get people to find your website or Etsy shop. To keep costs low, this price does not include wages, rather we ask that each stockist spend around 5 hours a week manning the shop. Not only does this keep costs low, it allows you the chance to really sell your idea to the area. There is the option of providing a full-time staff to run the space, but as we believe in paying fair wages per the industry’s General Retail Award, this would increase the lease cost by around $100 a week ($795 / month). We know that does cost a bit more to you, but on the flip side, all the work is done for you and you’re still paying WAY BELOW market value for pop-up space in Perth.
