About the space

NEON PARLOUR is a multi-purpose creative space, which encourages the practices of artists, makers, curators, designers and artisans.

The building houses a gallery that has double shop front exposure to High street, a large central project space that is available for short term ideas and events and 12 private studios.

POP UP SPACE AVAILABLE - We are welcoming inquires for those wanting to run a pop up shop over the months of Nov - Dec - Jan, in the light filled, shop front gallery space.

Pop up/Gallery Space = $5000 - $8000 per month for a special pop up shop offer - Please enquire for details.
Studio Space = $275 per calendar month - on a month to month basis. This includes electricity and wifi internet.
Project Space = Pricing available on request as per individual requirements

What you can bring

Your own furniture and decorative shop features as long as is causes no damage to the space (eg holes in the walls)

What can be done with the space

You may paint the walls as long as they are painted back to their original state. Vinyls on the window are fine but you are responsible for their removal.

Licenses and Approvals

If for some reason, you need a license - (for an opening celebration for example) you need to give us at least two weeks notice with an additional $100 licensing admin fee. Alcohol outside the premises is strictly prohibited.

Payment includes utilities and rent.
