About the space

The space is quite unique and was formerly run as a Café. t has an Industrial Vintage look to it and the décor to match, fitted out with vintage lights, furniture and display pieces, it is a real gem and situated right in trendy Smith St Collingwood.
The Café seats around 50 to 60 patrons in total and is still a fully operational space since closing down. There is also a rear courtyard which seats 12 patrons. a fitted out kitchen. Café still has many items in good working order and ready to use, to list a few items, The Cafe has a 2 group commercial coffee machine, 2 coffee grinders, plenty of appliances such as a milkshake maker, juicer, display fridge, bar fridge, bar washer, 2 commercial fridges, 1 domestic fridge, 6 burner gas stove cooktop with oven, another sperate baking oven, commercial grill, microwave and more, a large range of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils and more!
