Retail Sublease – Rent your own little corner of a ladieswear shop in a prime location for a fraction of actual lease cost. Prime esplanade location with ocean views. Would suit, shoe designer, bag designer, ladies, kids or menswear. We already have a skincare and eyewear range so those businesses need not apply.
If clothing is your thing then this space would suit someone that has a collection of 20+ pieces as it is a decent size space. We stock middle of the range to high end garments so please no fast fashion as it would not suit our mission.
Cost: $250 - $450 (depending on amount space) per week includes outgoings, GST all sales made by our store staff so no need to be paying high rates for staffing. Shop Open 7 days per week. Lease duration is one year. The best part is that all proceeds of any of your garment sales go directly to you!
