About the space

Hi,

I'm a hat maker/milliner and have a retail space near Kings Cross/Potts Point/Woolloomooloo. I currently sell my my own hats along with women's clothing, jewellery, accessories and gifts.

I'm looking for someone that would like to rent up to half of the shop for their own brand, or the clothes the sell. Hopefully the style compliments my products. I would scale back my own fashion to make room for yours.

I can supply all the hangars, racks and fittings, space for signage and windows for displaying your product. I am able to sell your products, ideally we would share duties in the shop, but I am flexible.

The shop is at 224 William Street, very close to Kings Cross just down from the Coke Sign next to an Ugg store and Vintage store.

There is a toilet, small kitchenette and some (not much) storage.
