Opening hours are flexible to suit the applicant, however these must be discussed prior to occupancy. Please feel free to contact us for an inspection!
What you can bring
Feel free to bring your own shelving, racks, tables, chairs... Essentially anything "non-messy" or potentially damaging to the space. You are responsible for the condition of the space, after all :)
What can be done with the space
This is a truly flexible space... RETAIL: Given the window street-frontage & main road exposure, this space would make an excellent retail space or pop-up shop! We have hundreds of high school kids and parents in the mornings and afternoons doing the drop-off / pick-up, not to mention literally hundreds/thousands of cars forced to look at your space as they pass on Unwins Bridge Road each day. OFFICE SPACE: This pace would make a beautiful sun-filled office space. Plenty of room for 5-8 people, communal meeting table and storage if needed. PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO: We have had a number of photographic shoots here that have been a great success. We have some simple light boxes available, however we invite the professionals to bring what they need! GALLERY / SHOWROOM: Perfect to showcase artworks or fashion garments for showings. MEETINGS: Want an inviting and private meeting space that's not "blah". Here she is! STORAGE: With ceilings this high, it is incredible how much you can fit here. STUDIO: A great creative space for "non-messy" arts, such as graphic design, photography, editing, and even fashion. Anything that won't risk damaging the space (i.e. paints, heavy tools etc) is welcome (subject to discussion of course!)
