About the space
Minton House is based in the heart of Kings Cross / Potts Point. There are 25 creatives suites filled by film makers, publishers, lawyers and accountants.Suite 2 is the largest of the 25 studios featuring 3 rooms, a private bathroom, private kitchen and storage room.
Currently 1 room is leased to a speech therapist who is only using it once or twice a week.
The main space has full natural light ( 25sq) the second room is also 25sq
The office is based on the first floor overlooking Darlinghurst Road
