About the space

This space is situated within "The Rex" building surrounded by an eclectic mix of retailers and neighbouring directly off the established local favourite Maggie's Potts Point Restaurant.

It faces the popular Fitzroy Gardens where the Potts Point Market is held every weekend with great foot traffic. The space features a warm shell fit out including a tiled bar and ducted air conditioning.

Suitable for pop up retail, cafe/bar, private events. Catering service can be provided by Maggie's Potts Point Restaurant next door at a discounted rate.

Licenses and Approvals

There is an alcohol license in place so long as it is served by a licensed professional. Liqour license is with Maggie's at Potts Point Restaurant, alcohol can only be served with food and up till 10pm each night.
