About the space

Our shop is on New Canterbury Rd in a prime position with maximum visibility. We are in the heart of a residential and eating hub with coffee shops and amenities. There is plenty of free surrounding parking.

Our space can be used for retail, gallery, workshops or office space. It has lots of natural sunlight.

In the past it has been leased as a apartment show room, doctor's offices, retail and as a art workshop space.

There are 2 storage spaces and a kitchen/staff room included and a rest room.

There is air-conditioning installed

We also have mixture of tables and chairs available for workshops on request (20 people)
There is a video projector available for use (on request)

What you can bring

You can bring your own furniture, display units and stock, carpet. Any wall hangings, decor must be made good on exit.

What can be done with the space

The walls cannot be painted. Music can be played at reasonable levels as we are in a part residential building. If using the space as a gallery, all hanging, plaster work and painting must be made good.

Licenses and Approvals

You must organise your own alcohol licences if serving alcohol at gallery openings. You will need public liabilty insurance.
