Trading hours are approved from 6am to 9:30pm.
Services + bills are to be set up and paid for by pop up. Body corperate approx $50 p/wk, water, internet, gas, electricity, council rates and approvals for food/liquor/footpath seating.
Foot traffic is a mixture of local and a high turn over lux accommodation.

The whole, 40sqm shop can be viewed from outside.

What you can bring

Contains furniture - rustic. Wooden homebuilt bench and counter. Can be removed at your own expense. Basically you´ll need to bring everything, including a light fitting.

What can be done with the space

Can do minimal alterations to make the space your own. Like paint the walls yet cannot paint exposed bricks. Open to suggestions.

Licenses and Approvals

A food licence is easy to get. Its always been a cafe/wine bar. The last tenant let the licences lapse. Approved hours are 6am till 9:30pm. Has grease trap for light cooking. Would suit espresso bar. Has private toilet for patrons.
