Simplified navigation
We have now embedded the search bar into the menu of the site so spaces can easily be found from any page.
Cleaner, crisper design
We have made some aesthetic adjustments to make the site easier to use and navigate. We have also featured some of our partner and client logos on the home page as well as bringing through the latest space listings.
View your offers
Details of your offers can now be viewed in the message board. Your agreement will also be available from here for quick access and review.
Cancel/amend offers
If you have offered your space or accepted an offer on a space but need to make a change you can now do so through the amend/cancel feature. This is available within the message board and introduces a new process where you can submit a request, review this request as the recipient and either accept or decline. If accepted, an updated offer can be sent through.
Additional payment options
In addition to securely paying via credit card directly through the site for your space, you can now pay via bank transfer through an invoice request.
Your mailbox
We have simplified the mailbox to make managing communication even easier. This includes email notifications and simplified tracking and management tools.
Your statistics
View your numbers in your own personalised dashboard as a space manager (landlord) or a brand (tenant) across enquiries, offers, acceptances, payments and move in.
Space status
You can now track which of your spaces are pending approval or approved. Once approved, you will also be automatically notified via email.
Maximum lease duration
In line with regulatory updates the maximum lease per offer is 6 months. This has been updated in Popupshopup accordingly. Wanting a longer stay? Simply start a new offer.
